Book 2 hours in our private, acoustically treated studio—fully equipped with pro-grade mics, preamps, and Steph Gxld’s creative direction. To secure your slot and receive the exact address, a 50% deposit ($120) is required up front. Additional hours available at $120/hr.
Cancellation Policy
Photo/Video Shoot Policy Deposit & Location Details • A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms your 2-hour shoot and provides the studio or location address. • Remaining balance due on shoot day or within 24 hours after invoicing. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Cancellations > 7 days before shoot: full refund or reschedule credit. • Cancellations 3–7 days before: full credit toward a reschedule (deposit holds). • Cancellations < 3 days before: deposit forfeited. • One reschedule permitted with ≥ 5 days notice. Tardiness & Shoot Time • 10-minute grace period; late arrivals reduce shoot time. • End time is fixed; overtime only with prior approval. Overtime & Add-Ons • $300 per extra hour (billed in 15-minute increments). • Additional images: $10 each. Extra video edits: $50 per edit. Deliverables & Usage Rights • 20 retouched images and a 2-minute highlight reel delivered within 7–10 business days. • Full personal and commercial usage rights granted upon final payment.
