Whether you're vibing to KD’s tracks or grinding through reps, this 12-week core program is your blueprint to a stronger, leaner, and more confident you. Designed for men who want to build visible abs and lasting discipline, this guide blends expert training with real-life motivation.


Cancellation Policy

Coaching Agreement 1. Program Scope & Communication This coaching program is designed to help you reach your fitness goals and build a healthier lifestyle. Open, honest, and timely communication is essential for success. 2. Client Responsibilities Share every detail related to your health, nutrition, activity, travel, and schedule changes. Obtain approval before eating outside your meal plan so adjustments can be made. Report challenges with meals, tracking, workouts, time constraints, or travel. Inform your coach before skipping or rescheduling a workout so motivation and alternatives can be provided. Notify your coach when dining out to receive guidance on healthier menu choices. 3. Coach Responsibilities Review all client updates and provide feedback, adjustments, or new meal plans. Offer motivation, troubleshooting, and travel-friendly workout options. Respond to client messages within the coaching app or email. Continuously monitor progress and recommend plan changes as needed. 4. Refunds & Cancellations You may cancel your weekly or monthly coaching at any time. To avoid the next billing cycle, notify your coach via the app or email at least 72 hours before your renewal date. If you cancel within 24 hours after a payment processes, you’ll receive a partial refund minus a 35% cancellation fee. If more than 24 hours have passed, no refund will be issued, but you’ll receive coaching credit valid indefinitely. If you change your mind within the first 24 hours of sign-up, the same 35% fee applies; beyond 24 hours, credit only. 5. Pause Policy You can pause coaching at any time for medical, financial, or personal reasons. Paused weeks remain available and will resume upon your return. To pause, notify your coach through the app or email at KDFITNESS357@GMAIL.COM. 6. Commitment & Accountability This program is a two-way street. Your coach provides the roadmap, but you must put in the work. Keep notifications on and check the app daily for messages. Track all meals and log workouts (weights, reps) on schedule. Reschedule any missed workout in the app and notify your coach. Complete all progress check-ins (measurements, weights, photos) on time. Workouts and meal plans will not be released until check-ins are submitted. 7. Acknowledgment & Agreement By signing below and checking the box, you confirm that you have read and agree to all sections of this Coaching Agreement, including the refund, cancellation, pause, and commitment policies.
